No. While we endeavor to prevent cross-contamination through specific processes, we cannot guarantee that a product is peanut or tree nut free.

Nuts should be stored in a cool, dry environment. All of ours nuts are good for up to 6-9 months. Dried fruit should be stored in a cool environment (refrigerator) and can also last 6-9 months. 

For all of our products, we have the storage information located on the right hand side of the product page towards the bottom where it says “More Info” for your convenience.

All of our products pass Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, but we also need to be compliant with all all regulations set by California state. Due to California law, we are required to notify customers of low levels of naturally occurring elements in growing soil, even if there is a possibility that the product may or may not have any. The chemical(s) that may be found are considered to be dangerous only if consumed in large quantities.

Trace amounts of lead, cadmium and other metals and chemicals listed under California’s Proposition 65 are found in some of even the most carefully selected and sourced ingredients contained in beefruityandnutty.com products. Lead, as an example, is a naturally occurring element that is found throughout the entire environment, including in soils where it can be taken up by natural plants and herbs all over the world. None of these elements are added by farmers or by beefruityandnutty.com. We follow good manufacturing practices throughout our supply chain to minimize or eliminate any contamination.

We currently carry a multitude of Gluten Free products on our website. You can find this info depicted in the "MORE INFO" section on a specific products page or by looking under the "Gluten Free" section on our site. 

There are two main differences when it comes to Gluten Free products, certified vs. uncertified. 

Certified

All these products are certified by a third-party called Gluten-Free Certification Organization (GFCO) through the supplier we source the product from. GFCO is also known as the Gluten Intolerance Group. Even though the product comes into our facility certified we take another measure to secure our own certification through GFCO. Certification is a yearly process based on ingredient review, on-site inspection and product testing. Some facilities require multiple unannounced inspections throughout the year. 

Uncertified 

These products are not certified through the supplier we source from. Since so, we’re unable to send the product out for any certification. It must be certified through the supplier. However, we meet federal guidelines to claim these products as gluten-free. In addition, uncertified Gluten-Free products are also handled on a dedicated gluten-free production line in a separate area of our warehouse.

We do our best to circle the globe for the freshest products possible, and as such, we boast a large selection of products from many different countries! 

To find where a product was sourced from, simply search whatever product you're interested in on the beefruityandnutty.com website, click through to it's informational and pricing page, and scroll down to the panel on the right titled "More Info". Here, you will find all the little bits of information on the product you're searching for, including the country of origin!

In lieu of expiration dates, we print "p-numbers" on our packages. You can see this on the package's label, just below the scannable barcode. This number tracks the entire life of the product, and provides more information about the item than a conventional expiration date.

On the beefruityandnutty.com website, we provide storage information for every single product. If you go onto the product page and scroll down, you'll notice on the right hand side a "More Info" section. From the moment you receive the product, it is good for up to the amount of recommended storage time stated in this section. Most all of our products are good for either 6 months or up to 1 year.

Since COVID we are not doing any wholesale

Auto-Delivery is the most convenient way to enjoy your products. We automatically send the products you've subscribed to at your chosen delivery frequency. Set it, forget it, and we’ll deliver your favorite goodies right to your door. (But don’t worry, we’ll send you an email reminder before every subscription order ships in case you’d like to cancel or modify your subscriptions!)

You will receive 5% off on your second and subsequent subscription orders, except orders including by-the-case items. Orders over $59 shipping to the contiguous US, including orders with by-the-case items, will ship free with our everyday free shipping.

You can create a subscription while browsing on a product page or while reviewing items in the shopping cart. To subscribe, simply select the Auto-Delivery option, select your preferred shipment frequency, and then check out as normal.

After you join Auto-Delivery, you will receive an email confirming your subscription. This email will include a link to access the Auto-Delivery page located in the "Your Account" section of our site, where you can manage your future orders, subscription items and subscription account information. 

We will place your Auto-Delivery orders automatically according to your selected delivery frequency and you will only be billed on the day the order is shipped. Prior to each order, we'll send you an email reminder. You will also receive email notifications regarding other important information related to your Auto-Delivery account, such as if a product is discontinued, if you cancel your subscription, or once your order is successfully placed.

Once you’ve subscribed, Auto-Delivery is easy to manage. You can visit "Your Account" > Auto Delivery and follow the following instructions: 

Change a shipment date

To change your next shipment date, please visit the ‘My Next Shipment’ tab on the Auto-Delivery page and click the ‘Change Date’ button near the next shipment date, then select a new date for your order. This will change the shipment date for the entire order.

If an order contains multiple items and you only want to change the shipment date for a single item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions' tab on the Auto-Delivery page and identify the individual item you would like to modify. Click 'Next Shipment Date' for the individual item and select your desired shipment date from the pop-up calendar. 

Skip a delivery 

To skip a delivery, please visit the ‘My Next Shipment’ tab on the Auto-Delivery page and click the ‘Skip Order’ button near 'Next Shipment Date' to skip the entire order. 

Change delivery frequency 

To modify the delivery frequency for an Auto-Delivery item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions' tab on the Auto-Delivery page. On this tab, the current delivery frequency is displayed next to each subscription item in a drop down menu. To change the delivery frequency for that subscription item, simply click the arrow of that item's 'Frequency' drop down and select your desired delivery frequency. 

Cancel subscription 

To cancel an Auto-Delivery item, please visit the ‘My Subscriptions’ tab on the Auto-Delivery page and click the ‘Cancel Subscription’ button under the item quantity. You’ll be prompted to confirm this action and indicate your reason for cancelling. Once you’ve selected ‘ok’, your subscription will be cancelled and no future orders will be placed. You will also receive an email notification confirming this. Please allow up to 24 hours for any modifications or cancellations to be processed.

Go to the ‘My Next Shipment’ tab on the the Auto-Delivery page and select ‘Edit’ in the 'Shipping Info' section.

Go to the Wallet page located in the Your Account section of our site. You can delete/edit or add a credit card. Please remember to press OK to verify that your updated information is saved successfully.

Once you're signed in, you can go to the product that you are attempting to add. Once on the product page, on the right hand side in the Prices section, you will notice a blue button like this: 

Once you click on this blue button, a window will pop up in the middle of the screen and you will be given the option to add to your Future Auto-Delivery or as a One Time Delivery only. 

            

Auto Delivery automatically applies our 5% offer on qualifying purchases. Since our promotional items are separate offers, these two offers cannot be combined. You are more than welcome to, however, place an order today on the beefruityandnutty.com website and add the promotional item. You can then feel free to Skip or Adjust the date on your next Auto-Delivery so you can take advantage of the existing promotion! 

You will automatically receive the 5% discount on your second and subsequent subscription deliveries. The discount will not be applied to by-the-case items. The 5% discount cannot be combined with any other offers.

Additionally, if you make sure that at least $59 worth of your subscription products are set to ship on the same date to each address to which you wish to ship your products, you will receive free shipping, including for by-the-case items.

Currently, Auto-Delivery is not currently available for non-US addresses. In addition, all subscription deliveries over $59 shipped to the contiguous US will receive free shipping.

Following the ruling of South Dakota v. Wayfair, we want to make sure we comply with all laws of the land with regards to sales tax. We will now collect sales tax for customers according to state laws whether we have a physical presence in that state or not. We do not have paper catalogs at this time. Our 3,000+ products can be found directly on our website, either by browsing by category or searching by name in the search bar! If you need assistance placing an order or can't find what you're looking for, feel free to give us a call, we would be more than happy to help put together an order specifically for your needs.

Unfortunately, we do not accept EBT or Prepaid Gift Cards. At this time, we only accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay and PayPal.

At Bee Fruity & Nutty, we are 100% committed to our customers and customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you experience a problem with our products, customer service, shipping, or even if you just plain don't like what you bought, please let us know. 

 We do however ask you to contact us ASAP (preferably within a week of receiving your goodies) so we can jump on things considering the perishable nature of our products. Returns may be subject to a processing and/or disposal fee. 

We highly recommend that you DO NOT order chocolate items between the dates of July 1st and September 15th to ensure quality due to weather conditions & shipping times. We will NOT BE ABLE TO refund perishable chocolate items during these dates. We ship Chocolate items on Mondays to avoid delays due to the weekend and holidays.

All prices, methods, and estimated delivery times will be shown at Check Out. US orders that are not within the contiguous United States will be calculated based on weight and zip code.

FedEx SmartPost is our primary no rush shipping option for packages delivered to residential addresses in the lower 48 states weighing less than ten pounds. FedEx picks up your package at Bee Fruity & Nutty and delivers that package to the USPS. Your local post office will deliver the package with your mail. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday. The post office will make one delivery attempt (versus three for FedEx ground). If you are not home and your USPS mail carrier cannot leave your package at the door, you may be required to go to the post office to pick up the package.

We do! Shipping prices to these destinations are calculated based on weight and zip code. The price and arrival date will be shown at checkout. Most shipments to these areas take 3-5 business days to arrive.

Yes! We ship to Canada every day! Please note that all prices are shown in USD.

Orders ship for free over $79 (before tax and duties) via Canada Post and orders under $79 ship for $7.99. Orders can be upgraded to deliver via Purolator for an additional fee. Multiple shipping addresses count separately. We make sure to include all applicable duties and taxes up front so that once your box arrives, all you have to do is open and enjoy!

Yes! Shipping to multiple addresses has been made easy. You can follow the below steps: 

1. Add all the items to your cart

2. Click on the Checkout Tab and sign in our check out as Guest

3. In the Section titled "Sent To" you'll see underneath an option to "Ship to multiple addresses".

4. Once you click on "Ship to Multiple Addresses" it will have you designate those specific items to the addresses you have in mind. 

Press the "Add Address" button and follow the same steps until you are finished emptying your shopping cart and have sent your friends and family enough goodies! Please keep in mind, each address on an order with multiple shipping addresses must include $59 or more worth of items to receive free shipping to that address.

Note: For a large number of recipients feel free to call us at 720-435-0218 or e-mail us at info@beefruityandnutty.com. We will gladly make this process as easy as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, we'll send you an email with the tracking information. You can also go into Your Account > Order History. Once you're on this page, you'll see "Track Shipments". You may notice that when you open your tracking email, the package will be in "Label Created".  In a few cases, the carrier takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. Please allow 24 hours.

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking number and link, where you can easily access to see how much longer you have to wait before your package arrives. If for some reason this isn't enough, please contact our Customer Experience Team at 720-435-0218 and we'll crack this nut together!

We're a Las Vegas based company, but we have distribution centers throughout the United States. If there is a distribution center closest to you, we ship out your orders from the closest center to you whenever possible. Every so often, we may run out of a particular product in the location nearest you and ship your entire order from Las Vegas, which would take a bit longer to get to you.

The coffee beans we sell at Bee Fruity & Nutty are imported directly from the best coffee growing regions all over the world. They're roasted fresh every day - because of this, coffees and teas must be ordered before 8 AM EST to ship the same day.

Yes we do! Shipments with meltable items (for example chocolate) require special packaging during the summer to prevent melting. During the summer months these shipments must arrive within two days to prevent melting. If your order is over $59, your order will ship for free and any insulated packaging and ice will automatically be added at no extra charge. If your order is below $59, additional charges will apply to these shipments to reflect the extra cost of packaging and upgraded shipping.

While we get your order out the door as soon as possible, delays are certainly possible. Currently all couriers are experiencing delays due to increased volume, inclement weather, staffing shortages at major courier hubs, and the list goes on. 

Our delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. We kindly ask that you please allow an additional 2-3 business days, depending on the courier, for your package to arrive. If for any reason it does not arrive, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we'll do whatever it takes to make things right!
